At Bemis Bio Bidet, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your home hygiene experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened condition and was purchased within the last 30 days. Due to the nature of personal hygiene products, installed or opened units cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an official RMA number will not be processed.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the product in its original box with all accessories and manuals. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
