Do electric bidet seats require a dedicated electrical outlet?
Electric models require a standard 120V GFI outlet within 3-4 feet of the toilet. Non-electric models operate solely on water pressure and do not require electricity.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
